- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup cream cheese, softened
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup spinach, fresh or frozen
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cottage cheese, mozzarella, cream cheese, garlic, spinach, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well until fully combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes, or until the top is bubbly and golden. Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!

- Use fresh spinach for best texture.
- Adjust garlic to taste.
