Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup cream cheese, softened
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup spinach, fresh or frozen
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cottage cheese, mozzarella, cream cheese, garlic, spinach, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well until fully combined.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes, or until the top is bubbly and golden. Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
