- 8 oz pasta of your choice
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp dried parsley
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced chicken and cook until no longer pink. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add butter and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Add parmesan cheese and dried parsley. Stir until the cheese melts and the sauce thickens.
- Toss cooked pasta in the sauce until well coated. Serve hot.
Notes
- Use freshly grated parmesan for the best flavor.
- Adjust creaminess by adding a splash of pasta water if needed.
- Garnish with extra parmesan and parsley before serving.
