Instructions
- In a large skillet, sauté the ground chicken over medium heat until fully cooked, breaking it apart with a spatula. Drain any excess liquid.
- While the chicken cooks, steam your broccoli florets until bright green and tender. Once done, pat them bone-dry with a towel to prevent sogginess.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, dried broccoli, blended cottage cheese, onion powder, and garlic salt. Toss until everything is evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture evenly in a baking dish. Top with the shredded sharp cheddar cheese.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Allow the casserole to sit for about 5 minutes before serving. This helps the cheese sauce thicken up nicely!
