Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200C/400F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground chicken, eggs, milk, garlic, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until just combined.
  3. With wet hands, shape into 20 meatballs and place on the tray.
  4. Bake for 15-17 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165F.
