Fun and festive Halloween popcorn balls made with colorful M&M’s and sprinkles. Perfect for parties or treats.

Ingredients

  • 2 envelopes of microwave popcorn popped (~18 cups popped popcorn)
  • 8 cups miniature marshmallows
  • ½ cup butter
  • Neon Green Food Coloring Gel
  • 1½ cups Halloween-colored M&M’s
  • Halloween sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Pop popcorn and remove unpopped kernels. Pour popcorn over a cooling rack to let kernels fall through.
  2. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
  3. Spray a large mixing bowl with nonstick cooking spray and add popcorn.
  4. In a saucepan over medium-low heat, melt marshmallows and butter, stirring constantly.
  5. Add 2-3 drops of neon green food coloring and stir well. Adjust color if needed.
  6. Pour melted mixture over popcorn and mix with a spatula until fully coated.
  7. Add M&M’s and sprinkles, mixing evenly.
  8. Spray hands with cooking spray and shape mixture into balls. Reshape as needed.
  9. Roll balls in extra sprinkles and place on parchment-lined baking sheets to cool.
  10. Let set completely before serving.

  • Use more food coloring for a brighter green color.
