- 2 envelopes of microwave popcorn popped (~18 cups popped popcorn)
- 8 cups miniature marshmallows
- ½ cup butter
- Neon Green Food Coloring Gel
- 1½ cups Halloween-colored M&M’s
- Halloween sprinkles
Instructions
- Pop popcorn and remove unpopped kernels. Pour popcorn over a cooling rack to let kernels fall through.
- Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Spray a large mixing bowl with nonstick cooking spray and add popcorn.
- In a saucepan over medium-low heat, melt marshmallows and butter, stirring constantly.
- Add 2-3 drops of neon green food coloring and stir well. Adjust color if needed.
- Pour melted mixture over popcorn and mix with a spatula until fully coated.
- Add M&M’s and sprinkles, mixing evenly.
- Spray hands with cooking spray and shape mixture into balls. Reshape as needed.
- Roll balls in extra sprinkles and place on parchment-lined baking sheets to cool.
- Let set completely before serving.
Notes
- Use more food coloring for a brighter green color.
- Keep hands greased to prevent sticking.
