Ingredients
1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
1 tbsp za’atar seasoning
1 tbsp lemon juice (fresh)
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Add cottage cheese, za’atar, lemon juice, garlic, and olive oil to a blender.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Taste and adjust salt and pepper if needed.
4. Transfer to a bowl and drizzle with a touch of olive oil and extra za’atar.
5. Serve with fresh veggies, crackers, or pita.
6. Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
Notes
Add Greek yogurt for extra tang.
Top with toasted pine nuts or sesame seeds for crunch.
