- 1/4 cup vegetable broth
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 8 oz lo mein noodles (cooked)
- 1 large carrot (julienne)
- 1 cup broccoli (chopped)
- 1 large red bell pepper (sliced)
- 1 medium onion (sliced)
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp oil (for frying)
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, and sesame oil. Set aside.
- In a preheated skillet with oil, fry carrots until golden. Remove and set aside.
- Repeat frying with onions, broccoli, and bell peppers separately.
- Return all vegetables to the skillet. Add garlic and toss together.
- Add cooked noodles and sauce. Toss and cook for 3-5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and serve.

- Cook vegetables separately for best flavor.
- Adjust sauce ingredients to taste.
- Serve immediately for best texture.
