Instructions
- Wash and dry the mixed greens.
- Core and thinly slice the Honeycrisp apple.
- Toast pecans or walnuts lightly in a pan.
- Combine greens, apple slices, red onion, cucumber, nuts, and dried cranberries (if using) in a bowl.
- Whisk olive oil, vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Drizzle dressing over salad and toss gently.
- Sprinkle feta cheese on top.
- Serve immediately.
