  • 1/3 cup white vinegar

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 tsp black peppercorns
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in the Instant Pot.
  2. Close the lid and set to high pressure for 8 minutes.
  3. Let the pressure release naturally for 5 minutes, then quick release.
  4. Remove the chicken and simmer the sauce for 5 minutes to thicken.
  5. Serve hot over rice.
