  • Season blend: 1/2 tsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp dried thyme, 1/2 tsp ground paprika, 1/4 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 tsp ground black pepper

Instructions

  3. Pat chicken dry with paper towels.

  6. Cook on LOW for 2.5-3.5 hours or HIGH for 1.5-2.5 hours.
  7. Check internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  8. Let chicken rest 5-10 minutes before slicing or shredding.
  9. Use cooking liquid as a light sauce.
