Instructions
- Blend cottage cheese, honey, lemon zest, and vanilla until smooth.
- Transfer mixture to a bowl. Add rolled oats and protein powder. Stir until thick dough forms.
- Fold in dried blueberries.
- Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place on parchment-lined plate.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
