Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brown chicken cubes in a skillet for 3 minutes per side.
- Mix chicken, broccoli, cottage cheese, lemon zest, juice, and herbs in a bowl.
- Transfer to a baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until chicken is cooked and broccoli is tender.
- Serve warm.
