Instructions

- Stir until everything is well blended and the mixture holds together.
- If desired, fold in the optional ingredients like raisins, mini chocolate chips, or chopped nuts.
- Using your hands, form small bite-sized balls (about 1 inch in diameter) and place them on a plate or baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up the bites.
- Enjoy them chilled or at room temperature, and store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
