Ingredients

  • ½ cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 12 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, rolled oats, peanut butter, cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Stir until everything is well combined and forms a thick mixture.
  3. Using your hands, scoop out small portions and roll them into bite-sized balls.
  4. Place the formed bites on a parchment-lined tray.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow them to firm up.
  6. Enjoy straight from the fridge or pack them for on-the-go snacks!
