Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
- Add the peanut butter, eggs, and honey/maple syrup. Mix well.
- Stir in the rolled oats until fully combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips if using.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before slicing.
Notes
- Use very ripe bananas for the best flavor.
- For a smoother texture, blend the oats into flour before mixing.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
