Ingredients

  • 2 large ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats (flour format)
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
  3. Add the peanut butter, eggs, and honey/maple syrup. Mix well.
  4. Stir in the rolled oats until fully combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips if using.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let it cool before slicing.
