- 1 cup corn kernels

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken cubes and season with paprika and salt.
- Cook for about 6–8 minutes, or until the chicken is golden and fully cooked through.
- Stir in the corn and cook for an additional 2–3 minutes until warmed.
- In a separate bowl, blend the cottage cheese until smooth and then add it to the skillet.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan over the mixture and stir gently to combine.
- Allow to simmer for a few minutes until creamy and well mixed.
- Serve hot as a comforting skillet meal that the whole family will love.
