  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp creamy natural peanut butter

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, blended cottage cheese, honey, and cocoa powder until smooth.
  2. Pour the brownie batter into a lined 8×8 inch pan, spreading it out evenly.
  3. Microwave the peanut butter for about 15 seconds until it becomes drippy.
  4. Drop five large dollops of the peanut butter onto the brownie batter.
  5. Use a toothpick to swirl the peanut butter into a marbled pattern—be careful not to mix it too much.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 25–28 minutes, or until firm.
  7. Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan before slicing to keep the peanut butter swirl intact.
