- 1 cup cottage cheese (blended)
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 tbsp creamy natural peanut butter
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, blended cottage cheese, honey, and cocoa powder until smooth.
- Pour the brownie batter into a lined 8×8 inch pan, spreading it out evenly.
- Microwave the peanut butter for about 15 seconds until it becomes drippy.
- Drop five large dollops of the peanut butter onto the brownie batter.
- Use a toothpick to swirl the peanut butter into a marbled pattern—be careful not to mix it too much.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 25–28 minutes, or until firm.
- Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan before slicing to keep the peanut butter swirl intact.
