Ingredients

- 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning (plus extra to taste)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 ½ cups chicken broth
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 12 oz fettuccine or penne pasta (cooked separately)
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season chicken with Cajun seasoning, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Place in slow cooker with garlic, heavy cream, chicken broth, butter, and a pinch of salt.
- Cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours.
- Remove chicken, shred or slice, and return to sauce.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Add cooked pasta, toss to coat, and garnish with parsley.
Notes
- Use gluten-free pasta for a gluten-free version.
- Adjust Cajun seasoning to your preferred spice level.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
