Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Sauté the chopped spinach for 2 minutes until wilted. Squeeze out excess liquid.
- Blend cottage cheese and eggs until smooth.
- Combine oats, spinach, feta, dill, garlic powder, and black pepper in a bowl. Mix in the cottage cheese blend.
- Spread evenly in a greased baking pan.
- Bake for 35 minutes or until golden and set.
