Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Sauté the chopped spinach for 2 minutes until wilted. Squeeze out excess liquid.
  3. Blend cottage cheese and eggs until smooth.
  4. Combine oats, spinach, feta, dill, garlic powder, and black pepper in a bowl. Mix in the cottage cheese blend.
  5. Spread evenly in a greased baking pan.
  6. Bake for 35 minutes or until golden and set.
