Ingredients
1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup cottage cheese (small curd or whipped)
1/2 cup milk of choice
1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
4–5 ice cubes
Instructions
1. Add milk to blender first.
2. Add strawberries and cottage cheese.
3. Add sweetener and ice cubes.
4. Blend on high for 45–60 seconds.
5. Pour into glass and serve immediately.
Notes
Use frozen strawberries for a thicker texture.
Try almond or oat milk for a dairy-free twist.
Top with chia seeds or granola for added crunch.
