Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/8 tsp salt (optional if cottage cheese is salted)
  • 1/4 tsp Italian seasoning (or garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper)
  • Fresh Mozzarella
  • Arugula
  • Jarred roasted red peppers
  • Cucumbers
  • Avocado
  • Salt & pepper
  • Balsamic glaze
  • Chopped basil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.
  2. Add the cottage cheese, egg, and seasoning to a small food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray.
  4. Pour the batter onto the pan and spread into a thin layer.
  5. Bake for 25-35 minutes until the top is browned and soft to touch.
  6. Let cool for 5 minutes, then fill with your favorite fillings and roll into a wrap.
