- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a small baking dish.
- Blend cottage cheese, pumpkin puree, eggs, and maple syrup until smooth.
- Add almond flour, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla, baking powder, and salt. Pulse until combined.
- Pour batter into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until set.
- Cool for 15 minutes before serving.
