Ingredients

  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese (drained)
  • Fresh basil (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Whisk together cottage cheese, eggs, mozzarella, Parmesan, oregano, and garlic powder.
  2. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  3. Pour mixture into the dish and spread evenly.
  4. Drop teaspoon-sized dollops of ricotta over the top.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden.
  6. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
