- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese (drained)
- Fresh basil (for garnish)
Instructions
- Whisk together cottage cheese, eggs, mozzarella, Parmesan, oregano, and garlic powder.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Pour mixture into the dish and spread evenly.
- Drop teaspoon-sized dollops of ricotta over the top.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until golden.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
- Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
