A simple and quick 5-ingredient breakfast casserole perfect for busy mornings.

Ingredients

  • 1 can crescent rolls
  • 1 pound mild breakfast sausage
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • Nonstick cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Spray a 9×13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. In a skillet, brown the breakfast sausage over medium heat, then drain any excess grease.
  4. Spread the crescent rolls evenly across the bottom of your prepared baking dish.
  5. Layer the cooked sausage on top of the crescent rolls.
  6. Pour the beaten eggs evenly over the sausage layer.
  7. Generously sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
