Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, almond flour, Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Preheat your air fryer to 360°F (182°C).
- Divide the dough into two equal portions and shape each into a flatbread on parchment paper.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil spray. Place the flatbreads in the basket, ensuring they don’t touch.
- Cook in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Once done, carefully remove the flatbreads and let them cool on a wire rack for a few minutes before serving.
