Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, almond flour, Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Preheat your air fryer to 360°F (182°C).
  3. Divide the dough into two equal portions and shape each into a flatbread on parchment paper.
  4. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil spray. Place the flatbreads in the basket, ensuring they don’t touch.
  5. Cook in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Once done, carefully remove the flatbreads and let them cool on a wire rack for a few minutes before serving.
