- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 1/2 cups cottage cheese

- 1/2 tsp baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the cottage cheese, milk, eggs, maple syrup, vanilla, and cinnamon until smooth.
- Stir in the rolled oats, baking powder, diced apple, and blueberries until everything is evenly combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared dish. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until set and golden on top. Let it cool slightly before serving.

- Use fresh or frozen blueberries.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup.
