Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a blender, combine cottage cheese, eggs, and optional seasonings.
- Blend for 1-2 minutes until smooth.
- Pour the batter onto a parchment-lined sheet pan.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes.
- Let it cool, then cut in half to make two wraps.
