- 2 cups broccoli florets (steamed and blotted dry)

- 2 tbsp soy sauce (or coconut aminos)
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess liquid.
- In a bowl, whisk blended cottage cheese, soy sauce, and ginger powder until smooth.
- Toss broccoli and beef with the sauce until coated.
- Spread mixture in a casserole dish and top with shredded mozzarella.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and sauce thickens.
Notes
- Use coconut aminos for a gluten-free alternative.
- Adjust cheese amount to taste.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
