  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix cottage cheese, honey, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract in a bowl.
  3. Add rolled oats, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Stir well.
  4. Gently fold in blueberries.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.

  7. Let cool before serving.
