Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix cottage cheese, honey, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract in a bowl.
- Add rolled oats, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Stir well.
- Gently fold in blueberries.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until edges are golden.
- Let cool before serving.
