Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Turkey
  • 3 cups Broccoli Florets (thawed/blanched and squeezed dry)
  • ½ cup diced Onion
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Cottage Cheese (blended smooth)
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • ½ cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 ½ cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese (divided)

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground turkey and diced onion in olive oil until cooked. Drain excess liquid.
  2. Whisk blended cottage cheese, eggs, milk, onion powder, garlic powder, and 1 cup cheddar cheese in a bowl.
  3. Fold in cooked turkey and broccoli florets until evenly coated.
  4. Pour mixture into a greased 9×9 baking dish. Top with remaining ½ cup cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 30–35 minutes until set and golden.
