  • 1 cup lump crab meat
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Mix shrimp, crab meat, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, mayonnaise, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Roll out puff pastry and cut into medium-sized circles or squares.
  3. Spoon seafood mixture onto each pastry piece. Fold into half-moon shapes and seal edges with a fork.
  4. Brush each pastry with beaten egg wash and melted garlic butter.
  5. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake for 18–22 minutes until golden brown.
