Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 apple, diced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. Mix oats, protein powder, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. In another bowl, whisk egg, applesauce, almond milk, and honey.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in diced apple.
  5. Pour batter into the loaf pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  6. Let cool before slicing.
