Instructions
- Blend cottage cheese until completely smooth.
- Add almond butter, maple syrup, protein powder, cocoa powder, oat flour, and salt. Mix until a thick dough forms.
- Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
- Roll the dough into 12 equal-sized bites.
- Place on a lined tray and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use a high-speed blender or food processor to get the smoothest cottage cheese texture.
- If the dough feels too wet, add an extra tablespoon of oat flour and mix again.
- For softer bites, reduce the chilling time to 15 minutes.
- Store bites in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
