Cottage Cheese Brownie Batter Bites are no-bake, protein-packed snacks that taste like raw brownie batter. They come together in minutes and are perfect for satisfying your chocolate cravings without baking.

  • Total Time: 40 minutes
  • Yield: 12 bites 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup blended cottage cheese
  • 1/3 cup almond butter
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 scoops chocolate protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Blend cottage cheese until completely smooth.
  2. Add almond butter, maple syrup, protein powder, cocoa powder, oat flour, and salt. Mix until a thick dough forms.
  3. Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
  4. Roll the dough into 12 equal-sized bites.
  5. Place on a lined tray and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Use a high-speed blender or food processor to get the smoothest cottage cheese texture.
  • If the dough feels too wet, add an extra tablespoon of oat flour and mix again.
  • For softer bites, reduce the chilling time to 15 minutes.
  • Store bites in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
  • You can swap almond butter for peanut butter or cashew butter if preferred.
