Cottage Cheese Donuts are a simple 3-ingredient baked treat made with cottage cheese, almond flour, and honey. They are gluten-free, protein-packed, and ready in under 25 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese (240 ml | ~225 g)
  • 1 cup almond flour (96 g)
  • 2 tbsp honey (30 ml)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a donut pan with oil or nonstick spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, or in a blender for a smoother texture, combine the cottage cheese, almond flour, and honey until a thick, smooth batter forms.
  3. Spoon or pipe the batter into the prepared donut pan, filling each cavity about three-quarters full. Smooth the tops if needed.
  4. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, or until the donuts are lightly golden and fully set.
  5. Let the donuts cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

  • Use full-fat cottage cheese for a richer texture.
  • Blend the batter for a smoother, more uniform donut.
