Ingredients

  • 1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional seasonings: paprika, chili flakes, Italian seasoning, everything bagel seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and black pepper. Stir until well combined.
  3. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  4. Flatten each spoonful gently with the back of a spoon to form thin rounds.
  5. Sprinkle your choice of optional seasonings over each chip for added flavor.
  6. Bake for 15–20 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and crispy.
  7. Allow to cool on the baking sheet before transferring to a serving bowl.
