- 1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Optional seasonings: paprika, chili flakes, Italian seasoning, everything bagel seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and black pepper. Stir until well combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Flatten each spoonful gently with the back of a spoon to form thin rounds.
- Sprinkle your choice of optional seasonings over each chip for added flavor.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and crispy.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet before transferring to a serving bowl.
