Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, blend the cottage cheese until smooth. Add the eggs and mix well until combined.
  3. Divide the cottage cheese mixture into two equal parts.
  4. To one half, sift in the cocoa powder and mix until fully incorporated.
  5. To the other half, add the vanilla extract and almond flour, stirring until smooth.
  6. Pour the cocoa mixture into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly.
  7. Dollop the vanilla mixture on top of the chocolate layer and use a knife to gently swirl them together, creating a marbled effect.
