- 1 cup cottage cheese (blended)
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 tsp Madagascar vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup almond flour
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, blend the cottage cheese until smooth. Add the eggs and mix well until combined.
- Divide the cottage cheese mixture into two equal parts.
- To one half, sift in the cocoa powder and mix until fully incorporated.
- To the other half, add the vanilla extract and almond flour, stirring until smooth.
- Pour the cocoa mixture into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly.
- Dollop the vanilla mixture on top of the chocolate layer and use a knife to gently swirl them together, creating a marbled effect.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before cutting into squares and serving.
