  • 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 box (6 oz) stuffing mix
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, milk, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, prepare the stuffing mix according to package instructions, usually just adding water and letting it sit briefly.
  4. In a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, layer the chicken mixture evenly on the bottom.
  5. Spread the prepared stuffing mix over the chicken layer, then top with shredded cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30–35 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
