  2. Mix parmesan cheese, almond flour, garlic powder, and paprika in a shallow bowl. Place the beaten egg in a separate bowl.
  3. Dip each zucchini stick into the egg, then roll it in the almond flour mixture until fully coated.
  4. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
