Instructions
- Place zucchini sticks on paper towels and sprinkle with a pinch of salt. Let sit for 10 minutes, then blot firmly to remove excess moisture.
- Mix parmesan cheese, almond flour, garlic powder, and paprika in a shallow bowl. Place the beaten egg in a separate bowl.
- Dip each zucchini stick into the egg, then roll it in the almond flour mixture until fully coated.
- Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.

- For best results, don’t skip drying the zucchini to ensure crispiness.
- Serve with low-carb marinara or ranch dip.
