Ingredients

- 3 cups cherries (wash, pit, and chop)
- 3/4 cup almond flour
- 3/4 cup ground oats
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- Clean, wash, and pit cherries.
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, oats, coconut oil, maple syrup, a pinch of salt, and water to make the crumble.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Line a small baking pan with parchment paper and spread 1/3 of the crumble mixture on the bottom.
- Layer cherries on top, then add the remaining crumble mixture, squeezing it into crumbs.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm with milk or ice cream.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
Notes
- Use fresh or frozen cherries.
- Adjust sweetness with more or less maple syrup.
- Reheat leftovers in the oven for best texture.
