Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 package (about 20 oz) frozen French fries (crinkle-cut or regular)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese or American cheese
  • ½ cup diced onions (optional)
  • ½ cup pickles, diced (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • ½ cup milk

  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  3. Stir in ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise. Mix well. Add diced onions or pickles if using.
  4. Spread frozen French fries evenly in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  5. Pour the beef mixture over the fries, spreading it evenly.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheese generously over the beef and fries.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is melted and fries are crispy.
  8. Let cool for 5 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For a classic cheeseburger flavor, use American cheese.
  • Add extra condiments like ketchup or mustard when serving if desired.
  • This dish pairs well with a side salad for a balanced meal.
