Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, draining excess fat.
- Combine cooked penne pasta, Alfredo sauce, and cooked ground beef in a large pot. Mix gently until well coated.
- Fold in crumbled bacon, onions, and pickles.
- Serve hot and enjoy immediately.
