Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, almond flour, egg, garlic powder, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
- Spread the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, forming a round crust. Bake for 15 minutes until slightly golden.
- In a skillet, sauté mushrooms and onions in olive oil until softened. Remove the crust from the oven, then top with the sautéed veggies, mozzarella cheese, oregano, and black pepper. Bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing. Serve warm and enjoy!
