Ingredients

  • 1 roll Breakfast Sausage
  • 1 30 oz bag Frozen shredded potatoes
  • 1 32 oz Shredded colby jack cheese
  • 812 eggs beaten
  • 24 Cups milk
  • 1 tbsp garlic salt

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground breakfast sausage.
  2. Layer 1/2 the bag of potatoes on the bottom of the slow cooker.
  3. Cover the potatoes in shredded cheese.
  4. Layer 1/2 the ground sausage atop the cheese and potatoes.
  5. Do another layer of potatoes, sausage, and cheese.
  6. Season with garlic salt.
  7. Beat the eggs and milk together and pour over the mixture.
  8. Cook on low for 8 hours.
