Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, blend the cottage cheese and egg until smooth. Then, stir in the almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt until a dough forms. Gently fold in the shredded cheese.
- Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a rope and gently twist them. Place the twisted dough on the prepared baking sheet.
- Sprinkle the tops with grated Parmesan cheese and bake for 15–18 minutes, or until they are golden and fluffy.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce, garlic butter, or your favorite dip for a delicious snack.
