Ingredients
1 cup cottage cheese
1 large peach, sliced (fresh or frozen)
1 tsp butter (optional, for sautéing)
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp granola or chopped nuts
Optional: mint, nutmeg, Greek yogurt
Instructions
1. Slice peach and sauté with butter and cinnamon for 3 minutes
2. Add vanilla and maple syrup, stir to coat
3. Spoon cottage cheese into serving bowl or jar
4. Layer in warm peaches over cottage cheese
5. Sprinkle granola or nuts on top
6. Add extra cinnamon or yogurt if desired
7. Serve immediately or chill for later
Notes
You can use canned peaches (drained) or frozen slices
For a smoother base, blend the cottage cheese for 30 seconds
