- 1/2 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1/3 cup Honey or Agave
- 1 Large Egg
- 2 tbsp Natural Creamy Peanut Butter (Drippy style)
Instructions
- Blend mashed sweet potato, cottage cheese, cocoa powder, honey, and egg until glossy.
- Pour the batter into a parchment-lined 8×8 pan.
- Microwave peanut butter for 15 seconds until thin, then drop dollops onto the batter.
- Swirl peanut butter into the batter with a toothpick.
- Bake at 350°F for 25–28 minutes.
- Chill in the fridge for 3 hours before serving.
