Ingredients

  • 1 Large Egg
  • 2 tbsp Natural Creamy Peanut Butter (Drippy style)

Instructions

  1. Blend mashed sweet potato, cottage cheese, cocoa powder, honey, and egg until glossy.
  2. Pour the batter into a parchment-lined 8×8 pan.
  3. Microwave peanut butter for 15 seconds until thin, then drop dollops onto the batter.
  4. Swirl peanut butter into the batter with a toothpick.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 25–28 minutes.
  6. Chill in the fridge for 3 hours before serving.
