- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 packet (0.87 oz) brown gravy mix
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 can (10 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tsp dried parsley
- 1 bag (12 oz) wide egg noodles
Instructions
- Boil water in a large pot for egg noodles.
- Cook ground beef and onion in a skillet with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Drain excess grease.
- Whisk gravy mix with cold water and pour into the beef. Add cream of mushroom soup and sour cream. Stir well.
- Simmer the mixture for 10 minutes.
- Cook egg noodles in salted boiling water, then drain.
- Combine noodles and parsley with the beef mixture. Stir gently and serve.
